Felicia Davis built Sovereign Leadership Consulting on a single, non-negotiable conviction: that the most powerful thing an organization can develop is the sovereign voice of its leaders. Not the loudest voice. Not the most polished voice. The most regulated, clear, and intentional one.

With over 20 years of experience coaching and developing leaders across some of the most demanding environments in corporate America, Felicia has sat with leaders in their most pressured moments  the board presentations that went sideways, the difficult conversations that went unspoken, the cultural drift that no one could name. She built Voice Sovereignty™ because she kept seeing the same gap: brilliant leaders who didn’t trust their own voice in the moments that required it most.

Today, Sovereign Leadership Consulting brings together two powerful systems the Voice Sovereignty™ methodology and the Culture Health Scorecard™ diagnostic  to give organizations something most consultants cannot offer: both the data to see what is happening and the framework to change it.
